Take a break from work and do what makes you happy, no matter how childish that is, how much cost that is. If a thing makes you feel lively then opt for it. By doing this you will make yourself happy because a happy person can easily keep themselves motivated and optimistic. This will help him to take decisions wisely.

- Never isolate yourself.
- Don’t stuff your head with negativity.
- Manage stress.
- Feel fight shy of using alcohol, smoke, and drugs.
Don’t stuff yourself with negativity, say no to drugs and try to be sociable. It can’t neglect your anxiety or stress but surely will help you in managing it. Never compromise on the quality of food. Eat less but eat healthily.
